Aram Travels respects your privacy and recognizes the need to protect your personal information (name, address, phone number, e-mail address) you have provided at the time of booking. Aram Travels intends to make clear its intention on collecting your data. Generally at the time of booking you don’t have to provide any personally identifiable data except name, phone number. However, there will be some limitations on site usage regarding special offers, discounts etc.

WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?


When you choose to avail our services, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

CONSENT


When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. BOOKING SLIP POLICIES



1. After completion of booking with Aram Travels, a voucher will be sent through e-mail you have provided to you confirming your booking.
3. When a customer produces the booking voucher provided to him it earlier, it implies that he have read and understood all terms and conditions mentioned herewith and agrees on all of them.
4. Drivers provided by Aram Travels to you will drive as per the driving recommendations of local transport authority only. Parking charges, toll charges, state taxes and entry fees etc. to be paid by the customer and these will not be deducted under any of our discount offers/coupons, festival bonanza etc.
5. One way car rental services have all travel charges like toll, taxes etc applicable when the vehicle returns back to its original location (garage) after dropping the customer to his destination. As example if a customer avails one way car rental service from Jamnagar to Rajkot, he will have to pay all charges applicable while the vehicle returns back from Rajkot to Jamanagar.
6. The booking receipt provided to you is based on kilometer calculated by Google Map and can vary as per actual distance traveled by the client. Therefore please follow the driver meter panel before starting and finishing your trip.
7. One day means a one calendar day (from midnight 12 to midnight 12 ). As an example for a cab booked for 1st Jan where the pickup time is 5:00 p.m. the booking will be valid till 1st Jan 11:59 p.m. and not 2nd Jan 5:00 p.m.
8. For all travel types (one way, round trip & local) customer has to bear all extra charges like driver allowance, toll, taxes, charges on for extra Kms consumed if applicable, charges for extra hours consumed if applicable, parking charges, night charges and any other charges applicable as mentioned on the voucher.
9. Toll taxes, parking’s, state taxes paid by customer wherever is applicable.
10. Distance will be calculated from garage to garage.
11. The final cab rental amount will attract applicable GST.
12. Please refer your "Booking ID" for all communication about this booking.
13. We levy charges when demand is high, so that we could make fleets available to you and continue to serve you efficiently.( if applicable will be informed within time.)
14. Aram Travels cannot be hold accountable for any delay or consequential loss caused to the customer due to traffic jam or reasons beyond reasonable control of the driver or lapses on the part of the driver.
15. Aram Travels cannot be hold accountable for any loss, damage, physical injury etc suffered by the customer while availing its services.
16. In case of any misconduct or misbehavior by the driver the customer should immediately report to the support team of Aram Travels at 9825225975/9825209051 and share the experience while mentioning the booking reference number.
26.Aram Travels cannot be hold accountable for any loss, damage or delay suffered by the customer due to force majeure events.
17. Refusal by the driver to deliver services: The customer to contact the support team at Aram Travels on on 9825225975 / 9825209051and mention the booking reference number.
