We had booked a car with a driver from Jamnagar to Dwarka. Although we had originally booked an Etios sedan, we were upgraded to an Ertiga at no extra cost, which was a pleasant surprise. How do I book a cab?
Message us on WhatsApp, call either of our numbers, or email booking@aramtravels.com. We confirm your booking with the car type, fare and pickup details before the trip — no app, no sign-up.
What is included in the fare?
Your quote covers the car, fuel and chauffeur. Tolls, parking, state taxes and entry fees are billed at actuals, and GST applies — we spell all of this out when we confirm, so there are no surprises on the road.
Can I book a one-way trip?
Yes. One-way drops are available on most routes; where the car must return empty, the return leg is factored into the quote we give you up front.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 48 hours before travel for a full refund. Within 48 hours of the trip, 50% of the trip charge applies. Refunds are processed within about 10 days to the original payment method.
Are your drivers dependable for long trips?
Our chauffeurs have driven these highways for years — many of our guests ask for the same driver on every visit. Cars are cleaned before every duty and driver details are shared before pickup.
Do you handle multi-day tours?
Yes — that’s our speciality. Dwarka–Somnath darshan, the full Saurashtra Darshan circuit, Kutch, and Rajasthan itineraries with hotels suggested along the way. Driver allowance and night halts are included in your written quote.
