Our story
It started with one idea: the journey should rest you, not tire you.
Aram (આરામ) means comfort — and in 1995, that felt like a radical promise for a taxi. Clean seats. A courteous driver. A car that arrives before you step out of the house.
Three decades later, the promise hasn’t changed — only the roads have multiplied. From airport pickups in Jamnagar to multi-day circuits through Dwarka, Somnath, Gir, Kutch and Rajasthan, we provide local, outstation and monthly hire with SUVs and sedans matched to every occasion.
We aspire to give every traveller on-time service with friendly, safe and reliable chauffeurs in clean cars — the same words we opened with, because they still hold.
1995
Aram Travels begins as a small rent-a-cab service on Pandit Nehru Marg, Jamnagar.
2000s
The fleet grows with Saurashtra’s pilgrim trail — Dwarka, Somnath and the temple circuits become our daily roads.
2010s
Corporate and monthly hire arrive as Jamnagar’s industry grows; airport transfers become a speciality.
Today
Three decades in, the same family promise: clean cars, courteous chauffeurs and journeys full of aram — now bookable on WhatsApp or by phone.
