Per-km rates and driver allowance
Outstation trips run round trip from Jamnagar and are billed on 300 km per day or the actual road distance, whichever is greater — so a short trip never costs less than a day of the car, and a long one is billed on the road it really covers.

GST of 5% (CGST + SGST in equal halves) is charged on the car fare and the allowance, and is already inside every total shown on this site. The 16-seat vans — Force Urbania and Force Tempo Traveller — carry GST at 18% and are quoted personally, because a group trip is rarely a standard one: ask for a van quote on WhatsApp.

How the fare is calculated
Four lines, in plain words
- 1 · The distance.Every outstation trip is a round trip — the car leaves Jamnagar and comes back — so the km counted are the whole journey, office to office. The day’s bill takes the greater of the actual road distance and 300 km per day, so a short hop is charged as a day of the car rather than a handful of kilometres.
- 2 · The car. The first 300km of each day are charged at the car’s per-km rate; anything beyond that is charged at its extra-km rate. Both are in the table above.
- 3 · The chauffeur. One driver allowance is added for each day of the trip, and it covers his night halt as well — there is no separate night-halt charge to discover later.
- 4 · GST. GST is added on the car fare plus the allowance and is already inside the total you are quoted. Tolls, FASTag, parking, state permits and pilgrim tax stay outside it, at actuals.

If plans change
Cancellation more than 48 hours before travel: full refund, no charges. Cancellation within 48 hours of travel: 50% of the total trip charge applies as a cancellation fee. Refunds are processed within about 10 days to the original payment method.
